Refund and cancellation boundary

Refund and cancellation are intentionally narrow. The boundary is pre-delivery only.

    Refund or cancellation may be available only before delivery starts and only for narrow cases such as ordering error, duplicate payment, routing error, or confirmed hard scope mismatch.

  • Non-refundable after start

    Once assessment delivery begins, the assessment fee is non-refundable.

  • Decision purpose

    The paid assessment exists to produce a clearer basis for decision, not to promise a predefined next step.

Payment buys a bounded decision-oriented assessment output. It does not buy a guaranteed later commercial outcome.
