Refund boundary
Refund or cancellation may be available only before delivery starts and only for narrow cases such as ordering error, duplicate payment, routing error, or confirmed hard scope mismatch. Once delivery starts, the assessment fee is non-refundable.
No guarantee
Payment does not guarantee a pilot, recurring package, certification outcome, or specific business, procurement, or compliance result.
